YERBA SANTA SAGE SMUDGE STICK

This 10cm Yerba Santa smudge stick is commonly used in smudging ceremonies to help clear and purify spirits. It is also often used for medicinal purposes related to the respiratory system.

The herb comes from the Eriodictyon Californicum plant which is also known as mountain balm. The plant is native to California and Oregon.
